Sandy Berkenbush - Realtor®, CRS, ABR

Sandy Berkenbush, co-owner of Stone Ridge Properties, which joined Lamacchia Realty in a November 2024 merger, is a lifelong resident of West Newbury. With 35 years of experience in real estate and being at Stone Ridge Properties for 33 years, she specializes in the Merrimack River communities that she knows so well. She holds certifications as both a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR). With a robust 46-year background in marketing and direct sales, Sandy provides exceptional service, whether assisting clients in selling their homes or helping them find and negotiate the best deal for a new property.

In 2015, Sandy was honored with the Massachusetts Good Neighbor Award for her dedication to community service. Her commitment to her community extends to her involvement on the boards of the Custom House Maritime Museum and the Pentucket Educational Foundation. Additionally, she has served as an associate member of the West Newbury Planning Board and the Open Space Committee.

Beyond her professional and civic engagements, Sandy’s passion for philanthropy is evident through her long-term support of the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge. Since 1994, she has organized the Cruise 4@Cure on the Merrimack River, an annual event that has raised over $350,000 for cancer research at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

In her free time, Sandy enjoys life on a 19-acre family farm along the Merrimack River, spending summers at her new camp on Great East Lake in Maine and skiing in Tahoe
