Position: Sales Representative

 

Location: 6 Chestnut St Amesbury Ma and Remotely Travel to Clients within 75 mile radius 

 

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-time

 

Salary: Commission-based (10-15% commission) + Travel fuel expenses

 

Overview:

Studios 15 is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Studios 15 and generating sales through effective relationship-building, networking, and sales strategies. This role requires travel and a proactive approach to achieve weekly sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

 

    1.    Promote Studios 15 and its services to potential clients through various channels including in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.

    2.    Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

    3.    Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients in the target market.

    4.    Meet and exceed weekly sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts with clients.

    5.    Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary support throughout the sales process.

    6.    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional strategies.

    7.    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress towards targets.

    8.    Represent Studios 15 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

 

Requirements:

 

    1.    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or creative industries. (Multimedia Production Knowledge)

    2.    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.

    3.    Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.

    4.    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and sales activities.

    5.    Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend events as required.

    6.    Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    7.    Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.

    8.    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
