World Class Jazz Night

World class jazz comes to Ten Center on Wednesday, February 13th when talented jazz musician Phil McGowan is joined by bassist Marshall Woods and pianist Tim Ray. Marshall Woods, bassist for the famous Tony Bennett, is increasingly hard to find in Boston as he is constantly flying all over the world to perform at the world's top venues. Tim Ray teaches at New England Conservatory and Berklee, and has performed with the likes of Bonnie Raitt and Lyle Lovett, as well as Boston and New York's top jazz artists. These two players are some of the best in the business and this will be a rare opportunity to hear them in Newburyport between 7-10pm at Ten Center Street, Newburyport’s Landmark Tavern.
