Spiritual Spa Day In this peaceful, natural setting, explore ways to reduce stress, restore the soul, refresh the body and delight the mind. The day's offerings include: gentle movement and breathing, nature walks, guided labyrinth meditation, soul expression through imagery, contemplative prayer, delicious food, and Adelynrood’s beautiful gardens. Sign up in advance for spiritual direction. There will be plenty of free time to read, rest, journal, or simply enjoy. Massage and Reiki will be available for an additional fee. Leader: Mary Kitses, SCHC is a graduate of the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation in Washington, DC. Trained in leading contemplative prayer groups and retreats.
