The day's offerings include: gentle movement and breathing, nature walks, guided labyrinth meditation, soul expression through imagery, contemplative prayer, delicious food, and Adelynrood’s beautiful gardens. Sign up in advance for spiritual direction. There will be plenty of free time to read, rest, journal, or simply enjoy.
