Ribbon Cutting - Essex County Greenbelt

Essex County Greenbelt invites chamber members and the public to the grand opening ceremony of its newest public reservation. The 27-acre Hans Morris Reservation encompasses open fields, woodlands, beaver-created wetlands and old footpaths abutting the state-owned 1,550-acre Martin Burns Wildlife Management Area. The regional non-profit land trust has created a small parking area and trail system to link the property with the adjacent state land, allowing for public access and passive outdoor recreation.
