New Beginnings Workshop: The Boundaries of Giving
Ahhh... the "Boundaries of Giving". ...Many people do not know what these are by name, but instead by the feeling you get when someone has crossed them!
Do you often feel used by other people?
Do you have a difficult time saying "no" to your children/ family/ friends/ partners?
Do you tend to feel sorry for others and allow more than you really want to; only to have your kindness and generosity be disrespected after?
Come to this workshop to learn about having boundaries with others, and feeling stronger in your ability to avoid being taken advantage of. In this class, you will learn everything about what reasonable boundaries are, as well as how to successfully (and confidently!) enforce them for your protection.
Guilt is no match for the "boundaries of giving", so come learn how you can save your mental health, as well as your pockets, with the new tools from this class!

The cost of this workshop is $15 per person.
