Mill River Winery Farm to Table Wine Pairing Dinner

Friday August 2, 7:00pm-9:30pm Embrace the summer season with a special wine pairing dinner menu designed and prepared by Carolyn Grieco of carolynsfarmkitchen.com. Featuring the unique foods and flavors harvested on local farms such as Smolak Farms in No. Andover, Green Meadow Farms in Hamilton and Appleton Farms in Ipswich. The tantalizing menu includes: a “farmstand” antipasto, local pork with a fresh apricot & balsamic glaze;
parmesan-crusted heirloom tomatoes; and grilled orchard peaches with ginger ice cream, farm raspberries and honey almond brittle. Each course will be paired with Mill River Winery wines. Menu will vary to include other fresh seasonal dishes. Sounds so delish!
