Healthy New Year Intensive
Our Monday Healthy New Year Intensive group program is off and running and we'll be adding another group on Tuesdays.

The Healthy New Year Intensive is based on Dr. Joel Fuhrman's groundbreaking Eat To Live nutrition program that has helped thousands upon thousands of people prevent and reverse chronic disease, lose weight, and achieve their best possible health. I have been certified by Dr. Fuhrman to teach his Eat To Live program and have earned a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation/eCornell University.
In five informative 2-hour sessions you will be given the tools you need to take control of your nutrition and your health:
- In-depth training on the role nutrition plays in disease prevention
- Healthy kitchen upgrade
- Personalized meal planning
- Grocery shopping excursion
- Eat To Live cooking lesson
- Transition plan to keep you on track
