Free Cardio & Fitness Class
Cyd Raschke is offering a free class of cardio exercise followed by luxurious stretching. She will explore the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts in Turbo Fire--as trainer Chalene Johnson describes:
"In High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you’ll work out at your max for up to 1-minute intervals with quick periods of rest to ignite your metabolism and burn 9x more fat than with traditional cardio. The AfterBurn effect will have you burning extra calories for up to 24 hours after your workout."
Because the workouts are shorter, it allows time for extra stretching to keep the time under an hour on your busy weeknights. And as always, Cyd will highlight a low-impact version of all moves.
